Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. they extend work hours with 0 documentation, promotion for compromizing women is high, skill talent experirence is worthless here. for appraisal u get 4.88% in 2 yr. flat 5% salary hike if u get promoted. this is a living hell and desaster interms of managment. transport is worst and 1 HR for 5 process who only listens to managment
