I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Working here will teach you how can people professionaly rob you your own money. You work really hard and the client pays really well but they take all your money and pay you less than 50% of that money, rest goes to there pocket, they will provide you as much comfort as it sufficient to make you work like a slave. 1. No work life balance 2. Worst company culture and policy's 3. Transportation system is terrible 4. No appraisals 5. The office didn't provide a atleast good coffee at the floor. 6. No fixed systems, everyday login into different systems. Finally the experience in Tech M is horrible.

I like Tech Mahindra because of it's big name(i,e. MNC) Tech Mahindra is very big company and it have many branches with so many processes which help to grow in corporate field.

Tech Mahindra is an MNC but the process in which I work with is new that is why the management is not able to handle the associate's.

Organisation was great and wonderful. But people like ( VEENA ADUSUMILLI the Project manager ) is torturing employees with her narcissist behaviour. She is the reason I have left the organization. If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities.
