I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

This is the worst company in policies especially in Qatar, there is no such policies exists here ...its only applicable for employees not employer. No measure for your standards, its all in Sales teams hands. I dont recommend to join Tech Mahindar Qatar.
