If you just want to work with Big Named company and earn some money with expectations of growth that techM is the right place.

Dislikes

Theres nothing to like too much of politics no work ethics.. everyone there is selfish no one cares about others.. they are only bothered about there money...and always a pressuring situation with salary equivalent to penny.

Advice for freshers joining as ASE

Join here only if you want to stay on bench for a year and expect termination. Believe me, you will never get any projects. If you have some luck left, you will be allocated to ENS projects (neither growth nor job security). Forget of working in software projects. All the best..
