Till mid of everything was perfect..would say was looking to stay for atleast 10 years with the organisation...but now things have changed management is no longer supportive...there is no job security

It's an hectic work life..having shift hours of 9 hours 30 mins where other organisations with more benifits offer 9hrs shift.

retentions ...customer wants to cancel the contract with genuine reasons but you have to irritate the customer.....team leader are unjust they will pressurize you to hell
