Tech Mahindra is an absolutely amazing organisation, the colleagues were amazing and the managerial staff were also supportive.

Dislikes

Everything. The work culture at tech Mahindra is very toxic, people do plan and plot politics against each other for no reason. Salary issues are there, shift issues, you will always be working and won't get to time even to use washroom etc.

Learning is good. Technically you will gain good knowledge.

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.

No appraisal in last 2 year. And also not fixed when they will do it. And anyhow they do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

Dislikes

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. honestly, I did not like anything about the company from day one how they treated the employee literally like a puppet as the employee does have another way to do this job

they don't even provide any computer hardware to the employees when we are at work we have to find the proper working keyboard and mouse to plug to our system when we had to start the work

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.
