I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. No salary hike for 2024 Senior Management Never think about Associates, they always think from cost cut perspective Global BU leaders come and talks in Townhall meeting but in real nothing happens Can't see a positive change in the company from last 2 years

Nothing, if you are good at your work then you will get more work only not the more money for what you are working for.

Dislikes

No work life balance , nothing feels like working in a corporate, no festivals nothing just work with underrated salary
