Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

Good people to work with. Having good leave policy and hybrid culture. Good company for perfect Work-life balance.

Old technologies to work with. But it depends upon what clients you are working for.

Company work culture not all for all reasons people's. This is good for South Indian, other reagion people avoide for all company benifit, like work appreciate and other approval. Job security also not there. If project gone, very few option to available for other projects. Hiring time project to go live, after that no project. Like govt job as per work culture..

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. honestly, I did not like anything about the company from day one how they treated the employee literally like a puppet as the employee does have another way to do this job

they don't even provide any computer hardware to the employees when we are at work we have to find the proper working keyboard and mouse to plug to our system when we had to start the work

Career development is very good in tech mahindra also techmahindra provide jobs to understand graduates who are pursuing distance education.

Salary increment is very bad in tech mahindra, no matter what position you get your salary wont increase as per the position and experience, and they provide hp laptops and they hang a lot, being an MIS i felt like they should provide better laptops to the people who work on heavy task, the performance of the laptops are very poor.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
