Appraisals are not on time and inspite of waiting for 1year the amount of hike we received was utter disaster

Company work culture not all for all reasons people's. This is good for South Indian, other reagion people avoide for all company benifit, like work appreciate and other approval. Job security also not there. If project gone, very few option to available for other projects. Hiring time project to go live, after that no project. Like govt job as per work culture..

The skill development if we enter as freshers is zero. No project allocations, constant threat for job security. The HR is bogus. It is the job of the company to allocate the available candidates on bench according to the availability. The trainers see the employees different. They choose favorites. Here management is worst, some project managers behaviour is not good, atleast BHR also not even take any action on him. Long running is not good tech Mahindra.

Learning is good. Technically you will gain good knowledge.

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.

I like tech Mahindra because the culture of tech is very good and gain the knowledge of blened process. I am happy to have much skills while working with tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I got to know after completion of one year with tech Mahindra, there is not salary increment and they do not provide email access after 6 month for work from home candidate, I filled ijp and inform to connect me on my personal email but no response. Overall tech Mahindra is good company and give much skills and enhance the knowledge as well.
