Work Details

To get humiliate on daily basis you have to work for 6 days mandatory. At the time of offer they will tell that 5 days of work but actual concern is you have to work for 6 days or 7 days without any payout

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
