Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls. The only way you will get promoted for internal job postings is only if you are a girl. Always selects girls for ijps. Worked as a cse for Flipkart process ,work from home , they recruit for 6month but after 3 month lay off this process and out from this company ,so pathetic for lots of employees but tech Mahindra don't care about that .
