HR people are useless here. Even for sxual abuze, HR don't listen, they encourages managers to behave in any sort of unprofessional way. Management and HR's both are worst. You might loose job if you raise concern on your manager including with proofs of abuze. In my project Haleon BAU analytics almost 15 people are resigned in 6 months due to various ways of manager torchre and abuze, but HR didn't take any action on manager. 9 hr duty , if you do not do the work for one hour in whole day, there is no issue , but they expect everything from new associates and engage them for ground level work , one or two associates who become favourites , the will get anything , but others nothings, after 3+3 year service i just released , there i no growth no salary hike .

There are some toxic people who does office politics and some managers who know only 10% about the project but handles multiple projects at a time. These managers take out their frustration on the employees giving them unnecessary deadline and pokes them throughout the day at work or even on holidays

Complete management is pathetic. in 1 year I have witness 8 process ramped done. No action on the managers but they are getting promotion, but the people who actually worked hard for the process. Management didn't bothered about them. Its all about who all can do what to please the managers

1. Only join if you do not have a job in hand 2. Higher management people wants to RULE in the name of GOVERNANCE and development of the team 3. They make their own cartel by bringing their own people from previous companies so that you cannot escalate the things to the higher management. 4. They are ruining the market by quoting less bids to get the projects 5. Company aim is to simply get the projects without doing proper research and analysis about the project in terms of required resources. 6. Getting projects at the lower rate and overloading staff, making them work for 12 hours without paying anything extra. 7. No additional perks. 8.
