6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. There is nothing to like in tech Mahindra no one will support the agents on floor if there's any TL who supports agents the management will target them and force them to resign.

Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Not much, it all depends on the project you get. If you are familiar with anyone from higher management, you will get the project or else you are on your own.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

They paid only 13 k to freshers and don't allow food and phones in office. Even they have locker but all lockers are preoccupied and one has to put there bag outside . No promotions they are just exploiting freshers .
