They are very miser.. U will not get even a cup of coffee without bringing ur own. No teams or Outlook access until u get project allocation. On Bench they will make ur life hell and allocate u any random project without making any skill set. No HR or suppprt function contact numbers are available in case of any emergency help needed and u keep on dropping mail to them.

You can switch among different domains of your choice if you have the right leadership team to support you. Also onsite positions are huge compared and if your profiles matches their requirement you will be onboarded but the main thing is RMG has to approve this.

Project allocation is fast. Other than that there is no benefit for employees.

Fully controlled by HR. Right from the seat allocation to employee benefits Manager have no control over the employee. Admin team should have the control over seat allocation. But here lot of process that has dependency with HR. Location transfer is a simple process in other companies. But here it is very complex process. Managers are ok with the employee constraints but HR control that and not giving any benefits to the employee....Read More

Variable should not be considered under CTC, If at all considered should be within 1lac bcoz the company tend to reduce salary based on the variable part.
