Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.

If you are not in project they will treat you different they asked you to take any project wether it is suitable to your skill set or not they won't bother RMG treates you in different ways if you don't repprt to office or RMG they will move to into stock pay they won't pay if you won't report to office.

I really don't like any thing except job security.

Dislikes

HR team and RMG are awful. They don't check any email. I have sent over 50 emails , stated that I am looking for a project. No one responded, now it's almost one and a half year. In projects a lot of politics happens, some time it's really difficult to work in that kind of environment.
