Its systems reward merit, and leaders are usually quite supportive and fair in their assessments and judgments of employee performance. Job security is another attractive feature of TCS and this special feature creates an esprit de corps in all employees. May TCS continue to grow and prosper in leaps and bounds.🙏

Dislikes

Employee transportation and other amenities can improve. Salary can improve. Celebrations of festivals can ve done on a grander scale. Apart from these factors, TCS is a wonderful place to work.

Obviously Health insurance policy coz the coverage package, smooth cashless treatment. New Learning opportunities apart from base domain.

Dislikes

IJP concept, 18months tenured promotion policies are not here. These are totally depends on management. Zero HR interference, everything is in management's hand. Low appraisal rate.

Work culture, no skill development or any personal or professional growth, very less or poor opportunity, they don't care about employees not even when they are sick or any health issues. No clarification on any of the queries neither from management people or from HR.

Their is no communication between their internal teams like HR,admin and Transport. Due to which u will be grinded. There is too much politics. If they don't like you, they will go to any extent to stop your growth, be it be giving bad band, rating appraisal, move to other team and start from scratch.
