Nothing to like here almost everything is worse. They force you to work in any project in unit even better projects outside unit they Will not release you.

Work life balance and project as per our skill set should not expected in tcs. Management talk in rude manner like master and slave rule. When you get project release they wont allow you to go project which having good technologies they force you to take what ever project they give you else they talk in rude manner. Very worst management.

Experience matters only, work doesn't, especially if you spent your life in TCS. Once you get into a project, its fine whether you work or not. Biggest advantage of all!

Dislikes

It is very difficult to know which guy to get into. As they keep changing your managers. Don't go there if you are introvert, you will be isolated. Try to join the team which belongs to your state only, the remote guys always have a disadvantage in terms of everything.

Salary paid to employees are very less as compared to market standards. Projects are mostly of supports where you may be asked to work on weekends and even you can get calls on nights. There will not be any compoff given to you for extra hours you work. Promotions cant be tracked and it's mostly delayed.
