Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

The managers and employees attitude. One such manager Mohit Pandey in TCS iON delivery team dont know the team and people management and hence give work to silent and sincere employees and other employees who resist to do work by giving any reasons like the are not understanding the process and take frequent leaves, enjoy to get salary juat for attending the office and roaming. Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks. I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

Human Resource is a big pain. You can not get a convincing reply. They always sound like chatbot and hopefully will be the very first to be replaced by AI. Offshore people are all lazy and procrastinate. There is nobody to look upto for inspiration. There is no motivation to grow or to achive anything professionally. People here are always busy working, but still accomplish nothing.

Onsite opportunities, during my 6 year tenure at TCS 5 years I was at onsite, though it is a pure luck. Medical insurance was better but now they started diluting. My colleagues were helpful but again it depends on luck.

Dislikes

As a mechanical engineer it is not an ideal place for beginners, you will be working on simple tasks that doesn’t need any engineering or technical skills. Better look for opportunities at OEMs or tier1s at the early stage and choose TCS for a settled life.

They are not treating employees with good respect. Hr peoples are very rude. Even for checking something they are speaking in a rude way. Its been 2.5 months i got project still i didn't get license for TCS teams. Without teams very hard to connect with peoples also. Not proving proper support, proper work for your experience. I'm an automation tester but i'm doing manual work. Without intimating me they directly tagged me to this release sayinb frst learn functionality to do automation, but the worst thing is i'm not even learning functionality. Just doing UI validation, whether conton, design, links are correct. Overalll very worst organization. People can choose this organization only for job security that's it. People wont give you release if you have a dependency on you. In this way you will never learn new things with new people and process. The higher ups are just lazy and egoistic people who do not care for the company or its employees.
