Tata Group philosophy and their social responsibility. Good mediclaim policy benefits for employees. Global presence and international assignments. Fair job security. One very good thing l like about the company is their alumni portal for x-employees.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency in the performance appraisal system. Petty work politics causing few employees in the team to lose their morale. Because of huge, massive workforce of 460K associates and lack of work visibility, there is no proper career path defined for an associate. Last but not the least, the recent "policy" which I dislike is the company does not consider x-employees for recruitment. Work Details

Overall it's fine. Good collaboration with teams. IT hardware infrastructure is poor. Didn't even get a laptop or desktop for completing managerial responsibilities. Had to satisfy on virtual desktop. This again varies from project to project.

This company has lost all values and morals after the respected TATA sir moved his focus from here. Now the only thing they are concerned is about filling their pockets and push the employees centricity under the carpet.
