TCS is really good to join but i would not suggest to keep continue in this company more that 2 year. Employee would completely spoil his/her career.

Dislikes

Management is not good, as they are siting over here since. If management knows employee aspiration they will not give that opportunity to them. More i would say management as fear if someone goes higher than them then their position will be in danger.

TCS has the best mediclaim, which gives min 12 lakhs max 25 lakhs coverage. Also all medical expenses upto mun 6k max 15k depending on package opted for, is reimbursed. Tcs has the best job security and provide a good sense to continue for long, if salary is not a concern.

Dislikes

Salary is less as compared to other competitors. Growth after certain point becomes limited. Seen most of people staying with TCS for long term, retiring after reaching senior consultant designation only. Work pressure is huge if you are a candidate who performs. Most of the projects require to work for beyond 12 hours daily, if you are technology averse. Work life balance takes a hit for those. For others who have "I don't know" attitude have much better life.
