Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

There is no growth, no promotion even if you hard and smart. Nobody is going to value your work . At the Time od apprisal they will literally give you example like you come late office 15 min and this 15 min can be a 1500 min in 100 days lol😂. I say never ever join tcs

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.

Nothing as of now. work culture is very bad. 5 days wfo is required. In the specific project called NEST, they communicate with each other through whatsapp, which means in your personal time also they will ping you and aak to do some work.

- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. If you joined as a First company of TCS then you will be paid just like a labour. People working on other organization having same experience earns more than Double compare to TCS.
