0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.

Apparently nothings so good about it. People say Tata great what a company.. but in reality. the Bias HRs, accepts gifts from employees.. and who gifts them gets their work done.be it relocation or department change. Higher management least bothered about it and Managers afraid of the HR. Some one please audit those bias HR people.Females employees are favored than male employees. There is nothing in TCS only waste of your life time. working spending 12 hours of your lifes time in the campus no work home life balance ZERO. Tata overall a good company. the people in there are not so good and a absolutely bias no doubt. If a female goes to the HR for leaves its granted immediately where as male straight No No it is.

Job Security is the only thing I like in TCS but Wrong behaviour from seniors and non support from H.R is the worst part in TCS

Dislikes

Many things I dislike in TCS specially Non Support and help from Senior and from H.R and main concern is Salary appraisal in a year. Donating 66% of profit is good but giving 2% of annual increament is the worst part in TCS from last 3 year.
