Not satisfied with salary and promotion, I have given my almost 4 year to this organisation but still didn't get any default promotion.

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

Work life balance is bad, company culture is not good. Management force to Work over weekends for many months. Leadership not managing the project well because of this project team is suffering.

Work life balance seems very bas especially with my manager my TCS manager is over abusing my personal number and time the laptop whchi tcs provided is very small and difficult to work as small like a notebook but not notebook pc . if they want us to do development work they should provide laptops with decent size and configuraiton.on the top there should eb respct for the employees personal life...Read More

- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). More partiality with female employees. They don't even listen even when she has valid reason to take off. No one is supportive if we get promotion before the seniors. They will start pressurising you after your promotion.

Nothing as of now. work culture is very bad. 5 days wfo is required. In the specific project called NEST, they communicate with each other through whatsapp, which means in your personal time also they will ping you and aak to do some work.

Work culture is very bad. For the new comers dont provide proper KT once you get into the project. You ha e to suffer like anything to lear about the projects.
