Company has gone from Bad to worst. Extreme politics with onsite opportunities being given to incompetent candidates with speciality in bitching.. Top Tier people take away 40-70% increments whereas lower level main technicians get 2-6%. Managers have gone extreme poor in conversation and reach. they are not concerned about project rather focus on their own glue to onsite position.
