Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

The managers and employees attitude. One such manager Mohit Pandey in TCS iON delivery team dont know the team and people management and hence give work to silent and sincere employees and other employees who resist to do work by giving any reasons like the are not understanding the process and take frequent leaves, enjoy to get salary juat for attending the office and roaming. Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks. Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.
