There are no likes. I spent 25+ years with TCS.The last 9 years were bad. Their business - work model was a farce. I would advice youngsters and Senior Management executives - don't join TCS.
Dislikes
Lack of humanity, unfair behavior, facing mental agony, imposing stress & anxiety among things - throwing insults, and general apathy towards staff.

Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks.
