Not recommended this mumbai tcs spl olympus location. if you experience you can find out another good organization. This rules and regulations totally different. My previously key skills is different they are giving me diff work and that is not useful. Only copy paste work no one cares your. No value in this organisation.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

I don't even hate my manager as I understand they are also being pressured by their higher ups. They have no choice but to call us on Saturdays and Sundays. I am in one of the big projects in banking sector. So the pressure is high for everyone involved.

TCS is an organization that keep a tagline "Building on Beliefs" but don't stay on their words. I feel it's a worst company and following primitive methodologies of work. Once the organization was saying only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. TCS has very good work culture with very supportive colleagues, seniors, upper management, client and HR. I have experienced very good work life balance here with focus on effective and on time work delivery. Also job security is a prominent point here.

Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.

Appraisal and recommendations are not satisfactory. India's inflation rate starts at 8% hence if yearly appraisal is below 5% then we are not even beating the inflation with our hike which is a pain at TCS

Lack of new opportunities, poor management and ineffective leadership are major issues. Dirty politics force good leaders to leave, causing employees to suffer as management fails to follow TCS values. Everything depends on having good leaders.

There is nothing to like about tcs. If you want to stay forever then only come toh tcs. Because in tcs , you will not able to learn anything. They will tell you about project and when you accept that project and start attending calls then you come to know that this is very different what they told.
