Nothing much really, except your teammates helping you with work.

Dislikes

Toxic environment, no professionalism. Your TL,manager will treat you like garbage with foul words, unexplainable toxicity. Forget about growth unless you are good at being a teacher's pet.

0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.
