Good Work Life balance and Job Security so a nice place to be when you're 40-45 years of age.

Most of their projects are maintenance projects. RMG just allocates resources to projects by his/her liking so most probably you'll get stuck with a technology that you just don't want to do or maybe even worse get stuck with testing. I have seen an IT graduate in testing and an electronics graduate in development hikes are also too low 5-8% . Advice to fresher leave after one year

Annual increment is really less its like they are giving penny to beggar. You can join as fresher but don't stay for too long you might not get financial outcome you deserve .

Job security is something that everyone likes about TCS, but I didn't find that a worthy benefit. Mostly I like the office infrastructure and that's it.

Dislikes

TCS need to check employees view, as many of the freshers are directly tagged to any of the projects and it's like a trap. I don't want to defame anyone but many of associates working here are always complaining about the release, which is a headache to get when you are already facing challenges with current project.

I have seen various ups and downs in TCS, let's first talk about the ups, when I was on bench, I have been called upon for a training and I had surpassed the limits while creating impact with my hard and smart work, but after those 2 months, I got bad.
