No skill development, Manager's are literally not working. As everyone knows that TCS doesn't fire employee, senior management takes advantage of this and just work for status meetings. There is no reward for talented folks, not getting enough salary and there is no meaning of appraisal process.

in Some project we feel like Gov Job or mirco management, the Managers who are here from years they feel like that it is there own company, so they do lot of comparison and micro management.

The days passed by 9th year completing still feels like yesterday.

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.

Human Resource is a big pain. You can not get a convincing reply. They always sound like chatbot and hopefully will be the very first to be replaced by AI. Offshore people are all lazy and procrastinate. There is nobody to look upto for inspiration. There is no motivation to grow or to achive anything professionally. People here are always busy working, but still accomplish nothing.

If you are a person like , whatever happens I'll complete my work with the good quality then nobody bother you for anything. I'm like that person. TCS is a good company for experienced persons.

Most of the people leave this company for salary issue, TL/Manager wants 100% target with 100% quality but not think about the employees salary. I'm really disappointed about this thing 😔

Worl life balance is good in tcs but again it's depends on your project salary is very less comparatively market standards but tcs gives hundreds percent job gaurantee. Working in tcs is like working in government job

Lately it has gone bad to worse in terms deducting associate's salaries for not going to office that too without giving them a seat or soft warning before deducting the money. Associates are losing thousands of money from their salary every month in the name of quarterly results or associates not working from office.
