The managers and employees attitude. One such manager Mohit Pandey in TCS iON delivery team dont know the team and people management and hence give work to silent and sincere employees and other employees who resist to do work by giving any reasons like the are not understanding the process and take frequent leaves, enjoy to get salary juat for attending the office and roaming. Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks. Been in this company for 8 years . They have provided excellent work life balance , upskilling and decent increment over the years. Numerous projects which you can choose from if you are ready to relocate anywhere in India. Company gives equal importance to CSR , cultural activities, host marathons in most of the national and international. Very good Company for female employees.

Dislikes

Work Politics which is very common in all companies and favour employees based on local region. International assignments (onsites) can be tough. Need improvement in the policies and procedures . HR is not reachable and has no role when it comes to any policy related things to handle. All 5 days working from office

I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

Good work culture ( if one does not want to work ). One can spend complete career without working. One can deny work by telling lack of bandwidth or lack of experience. TCS has tie up with most training platforms so one learn a lot. If you have good relation with seniors then chances are there for onsite oppurtunity.

No appreciation for project work completion and hardly any promotion or salary hike. Every project manager amd partner will give a ladoo of onsite oppurtunity to everyone in the project to motivate as they are helpless due to low pay and low yearly appreciation of associates. TCS is mostly concentrated on AMS and BAU projects so chances are less to get a role in consulting or implementation project. ( its mostly like tata customer service) No mapping of career aspiration, skillset or education qualification. Senior are mostly concerned about incoming revenue and will tag to any project as long as revenue from client is coming. Getting out of project one does not like is very difficult without proper connection or if the project does not finish. Mindset - No growth mindset, cheap policies to save money from every corner, don't provide any good facilities office or any tech related infra. No concern about employee well being and top management lacks leadership qualities big time.

I didn't the way of behaving rmg s and hr s, if we are in bench depending upon skill we can choose the project but the rmgs doing completely wrong whatever project is there they will allocate us even if we are worked in development project in previous they will assign us service desk projects, worst i didn't like this
