- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. Even you deserve for the good appreciation or hike the work what you done, there is no appreciation and people will always keep on putting more stuff on your head to do only and good things will stop in the management layer or it will go to the person who have good rapport with manager.

Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Multiple opportunity but no one helps to know about opportunities.Managers and RMG do not bother about your skillset.You generally get project which do not match your skillset.

Managers generally do politics and fraud in appraisal. Managers do not want to work by ownself but impose work on juniors to complete all work even on weekends and extended working. CEO should be changed to make work culture better.

Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.
