Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

The managers and employees attitude. One such manager Mohit Pandey in TCS iON delivery team dont know the team and people management and hence give work to silent and sincere employees and other employees who resist to do work by giving any reasons like the are not understanding the process and take frequent leaves, enjoy to get salary juat for attending the office and roaming. Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks. I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

No Growth No proper Recognition No proper Appraisal After doing fantastic work no proper Appreciation too😔 I need to Travel for 2 and half hours to reach office..I have raised my voice number of times to give near by location however it is not happening at all. Company policies are good for employees in case of skill development and work life balance. But they have experienced employees who are not ready to adjust to the young people or their culture.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not gonna happen anytime soon. Promotions are just a dream. Some people who did not get train from 1970s are managers so that they don't understand your culture or problems. They think sitting in office after office hours are the people who work. Entertainments are allergic to TCS campuses.
