Here the job security is good. Benefits are good but accessibility of those benefits is harder

Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

Lack of employee centric policy. Most of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. Nowadays, it's difficult to go to the office every day, and TCS is not even providing free transportation. The work-life balance has also become very challenging.

Beaurocratic Management. They impose things on you. Ratings and bands are not related. A person with less IPF can get better Band compared to one who has higher IPF Promotions is a big challenge. You will sped 8 years or more if you are in mid senior level (asoc) Salary component includes variables but you will get 20-35% of it onlyIncrements (2-3%) will be only on paper. Your salary will never increase in hand. If you are getting 1L increment then be rest assured that 40 k will be on fixed and 60k on qva which you will never get in full. in Some project we feel like Gov Job or mirco management, the Managers who are here from years they feel like that it is there own company, so they do lot of comparison and micro management.

If you are a person like , whatever happens I'll complete my work with the good quality then nobody bother you for anything. I'm like that person. TCS is a good company for experienced persons.

Most of the people leave this company for salary issue, TL/Manager wants 100% target with 100% quality but not think about the employees salary. I'm really disappointed about this thing 😔

Worl life balance is good in tcs but again it's depends on your project salary is very less comparatively market standards but tcs gives hundreds percent job gaurantee. Working in tcs is like working in government job
