There was a lot to learn for a beginner like me. They was always an opportunity to grow for a performer. Plus, Sutherland has variety of processes from different domains: Technical - Dell, Telecom - Du, E-commerce - Amazon

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Appraisals were minimal even after promotion. Politics to a great extent. No perks/bonuses.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

I started as a technical support for Dell systems. Then was promoted and moved to Du Telecom as Sr. Quality Analyst. Journey has been great when it comes to work. Luckily have worked under best managers who taught me a lot.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
