Politics is there in every stage. Careless management, job security is not there. Career growth forget about the growth. The team leader makes the job environment hell. There is no innovation.

Work was hectic over here, they think there are hiring robots, no breaks time fix, they used to say why you need break. Company is paying you for taking break, then why they are providing 1 hour break, when they are not allowing us to take it.
