Boring work, no work life balance expect to work 24/7 or be available everytime even on work off, it was mentioned 5 days working but have to work 6 days with less than average OT manager expect to work above average and provide extreme dedication towards work for free.. Alot of politics. No salary growth. Too much work pressure. They hire people on 3rd party contract. Do not continue on 3rd party contract leave and get a better job. Wont get paid leaves wont get any benifit. DO NOT EXPERT GROWTH IN SALARY

They get the job and pay you peanuts. Salary is secondary but the whole company runs on politics instead of ethics.. I lost my job in this Covid after working for the company for the 4 years as an SME what i got in return was what I learned on my own... My knowledge had improved based on my hard work and no credits to the company
