This place is not worth to work they just needs robots who work all the they ask without thinking for themselves and their health. They just don't give a shit if your health gets affected from working 10-11 hours and you will be expected to stay available all the time they need you. And it doesn't matter how long you work, they system issue will always reflect deficit in your working hours.

It is a worst company where employee will not the yearly hike , for getting promotion employees needs to roam behind there managers. Assistant manager are taking advantage of employee , recently one the assistant manager has seized one of the employee mobile phone because he took the mobile phone to the floor for emergency work and the assistant manager has seized the employee mobile phone he has not returned back the mobile phone to the employee and that employee has suffered a lot because he was not having any thing to connect his parents. His parents were so tensed because they were not able to connect with their son and at last that employee has taken one of the unknown person's phn and connected with parents through Facebook. So I don't think, this company is value to work because if these type of managers will be there neither company will grow nor employees and employees will be suffered because of these cheap managers who do not know how to behave with employees properly and they think they are only the owner of the company.
