Don't go and waste your time over there have been worked for more than one year and the issues related to week offs is another level they will move you here to there in different process , if you are going you will be frustrated they won't provide offs properly don't go and waste your time over there.

Off's related issues are terrible They do Partiality They will move you to another process like an object Culture is not good at all And many more.

The only thing i like is the salary gets credited on time.

There is no permanency of job u can be thrown out at any point of time and also there is no growth opportunities, once you becomes an agent u will be the same even after 2-3 yrs with the same salary offcourse, and also on your WO u will be asked to do cases which is disgusting.

There is nothing to like about startek, worst company, lame HR policies. Only politics involved in every vertical, especially Airtel cybernet process, I would love to name a few idiots who are sitting in manager and team lead position but doesn't deserve it, there's a assistant manager aka (DJ) that fellow is so dumb and can't even speak in English properly and grabbed a good position like AM in the company.
