Nothing but there should be some changes required, if anyone who have to quit the job at the point of any emergency they should have to co-operate but they don't do. They marked him abscond and apply charges as recovery amount.

I had worked in Startek(Aegis Global Limited) from 27/12/2022 till 21/11/2023 and in this period of time I was never absent or not even I had taken any unplanned leave but the company deliberately terminated me on 21/11/2023 mentioning that I was rude with the customer but I wasn't rude (since I was not achieving the sales targetso my termination was pre-planned by our cunning, pathetic client (Janaki Sharma) and regarding the sales part when I had joined the organisation the HR never informed me but on floor I was forced to achieve the sales target by my hopeless,helpless, unprofessional seniors including my TL and the disaster part of my life was when I got terminated my 6 CL(Casual Leave) was not encashed and my 12 PL (Paid Leave) was also not encashed therefore I didn't received my full FNF amount (I only received the 21 days salary of November 2023) I contacted the HR his name is Mayur Patil and he is one of the most unprofessional, arrogant and pathetic person who didn't responded to my emails,SMS, what's app conversation and also he is so disgusting person that he didn't responded to my calls and my TL(Nagraj Lakharaju) was not paying attention to my issues and he was playing the ignoring game. I felt very bad and helpless and isad part was in the month of December 2023 I contacted the ER for the offer letter and she told me to come to the office and collect it so when I visited the office the security guard made me to sit at the couch and he was not allowing me to get in the cabin of HR/ER also I wanted to go to the toilet but the security guard was not allowing me.Very poor and bad company to work so it's my humble request to all to not work in Startek (Aegis Global Limited) and this is my honest review to all,I had faced so much of humiliation there and before termination of mine my TL had raised CAP(Corrective Action Plan) similar to PIP without informing me . Startek gives chances tp fresher and fresher can learn and develop skills.

Dislikes

No proper salary. no over time amount. First they say that ot amount will be provided but everytime denies or makes excuses like technical issue and all. No appraisal and no promotion based upon the performances and skills. You can be promoted if you have a very personal and good relation with your supervisor. Salary is very less as per the work.

This is a very smart politics playing company.. I left this organization last month on the edge of 9 months. This organization double cut your PF . One from the employer side and again From Startek side. This company gives promotions majorly to female candidates. The hiring techniques is having faults. Also improper salary slab withdouble PF deduction which they will not inform you. Rubbish commentary in itself... TL are helpless all they care abt ACHT no proper timing.... Longer working hours slow ACHT.... And also they don't give money if u leave
