Okey so i worked in berger process, i do not have any kind of knowledge about other process but in berger new employee will face partiality in every steps , tls are illiterate they do not have proper manners,how to behave with employees there is no likes about berger process But one suggestions for startek management system please upgrade tls educational qualifications at least "graduation"

Management skills of managers are poor except few, it's a one year job as processes are getting ramp down, Eureka Forbes Limited then, Dish TV, now one of their Premium process Flipkart. No job security even if you try enough with all of your corporate survival skills.

Startek company is good just because they gave salary on time but dp ib proces is not good just because they cut out OT money

In startek DP ib process is not good just because they asked to do OT now they cut money even management is also poor whenever they need us thet hire for sme whenever there need end they just remove us from the group and all and treat very bad

Some of HR are very nice to the agent.

Dislikes

Team Leaders are not cooperative and they pressurized the agent at any condition. If the agent is not well is not matter to them. Very horrible experience.

startek company was worst fraud company manipulate to the customers and employers so better to don't choose these company,company runs with politics through the employers.salary was shot,HR were never support and teamleder also ,so better to choose other.

Favouritism Politics and team dynamics Superior hire their relatives in the same process and promote them with good sakary hike and for other they made difficlut to survive. Meninism (male dominant) they dint consider females at higher designation
