Aegis staff is making this pandemic situation so manageble that everyone are safe and without fear specially house keeping staff they are working hard in every hourly wise and security team is in front line to check the situation on every single day.

Dislikes

Salary margin is very poor this is only one drawback where almost 90% of employees are feeling dissatisfied, if there is an increment in slaray structure so love to work .

Work Details

Work life is good we can learn the people management with different supervisors on every stage and more supportive in every situation and only one suggestion is make transport available to all employees so they will show more intrest to work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
