The best part was initiating work from home option which drastically reduces the concern of getting infected. The work culture is not as per the required standards.

Dislikes

Very poor admin and facilities. No proper management when it comes to cleanliness and employee safety. No transparency in management. Horrible HR management. People just went helter skelter during the initial stages of the pandemic. HR refusing to answer and questions, in fact were not able to get hold of them at all

The management was very and clear and transparent in its vision and since the goal was clear, job seemed to be quite easy and enjoyable. Manager's from the training team and the operations were good and gave opportunities to work and improve when we defaulted. I definitely miss the way that things were going. Until the pandemic too over. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
