There is no work pressure that is the best part and environment is cool as it is in -ITPL, Bangalore we get to see different peoples from different companies everybody busy trying to climb corporate ladder. Our work is interesting I’m working in CRIMS criminal verification. Back end jobs are the best. Over all its cool

I feel like our company should invest in providing new and updated systems to their employees to work so that we will be technically updated and to make the process smooth with good systems. Systems that we use is like too old it keeps giving problem time to time keyboards mouse monitor everything should be take care of that’s what makes work easy and smooth

I like FRM and FKBO , but Phonepe process in startek is worst, mainly chiranjeevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.

No promotions, no management . Everything is worst in this organisation. If you will try to reach out to any senior they will directly say I am not responsible talk to that person blaahhh blaahhh . Everyday someone will resign from the company suddenly you will get to know ok this HR left the company ok this ÔM left .they will take your incentives too

The total atmosphere was terrific. No management quality and no proper hr team as well . Total journey of mine was disgusting. Management team was specially responsible for all the nonsense sit happen inside the office and The hr heads oh my goodness . I NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO STARTEK AND JOIN STARTEK

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Salary - system issue, salary deducted Team leader - 3rd grade behaving like park circus chappri Floor Manager - any issue pressurized for resignation If any body died in ur family they did not give you leave. Office cultural - very bad...
