Worst and the most toxic oranganisation to ever work with. They force their employees to do overtime everyday. They will not give you off on friday forget about sunday and saturday. You can not take a day off on your festivals, the managers are even more toxic inhumane

Never ever opt to work at startek, they do not have proper work culture they will terminate you without proper reasons and they'll keep you occupied even after you 8 working hours and HR will only give you excuses for everything also there Salary is one of the lowest in the industry and there is no scope for promotions as well.

In this company there is nothing to like about working at flipkart no job security no hygiene this company use you after that agents are like dust.. Without any reason company throws his agent out... Please never waste your time in startek.

I was in need of an job as worked there as it was a need. The peer pressure of work got over my limits at the end of my tenure there however I still survived and completed 2 and half years as I needed this much time spented

There is toxic work culture in Startek also as we see in many firms. The performanc marks are as such and elevated as it is impossible to acivleve it on regular basis as this is an tactic of every company out there giving you opportunity to work.

It's good to gain initial experience.

Dislikes

Management uses profanity on the floor to the employees be it supervisor or associate. They pressurized employee to do overtime without any extra payment. They don't show mercy to the associates if they are unwell. One can never get promotion or will be selected through IJP cause only politics and favorism works here.

In The startek company Ghansoli location Company have poor management and very rude behavior of hr and Manger they are forcefully abscond the people . The things which I've don't like over here that while getting promoted through an IJP they only made hike of 10% from previous salary which I thought not sufficient they should make a slab for each designation promotion like if an agent got promoted as an Senior executive so it should get a hike b/w 15-20% and if they promoted as anTL so it was should be 25-30% of salary hike but over it is not happening...Read More
