I think for some time they give wfh when there is lockdown but from 1.5 month they ask us to join no facility for wfh given now if it is required no support now

Salary is not up to the mark as per work we are doing no appraisal no incentive no gifts survival in this company is too hard as salary is very low as compare to other bpos and Also politics by some seniors to encourage some people to apply for igp and not help me in igp

Nice experience but now bored with same work need a change and appraisal also as working from 1 yr with same kind of job role give me a boring life now pressure is too much very hectic job for me
