Not a good working environment as I have seen while I was working with max life insurance. I don't know about other departments sorry to say but maxlife insurance was the worst experience of my life

The work environment, inefficient team leaders and not helpfull to its employees When the pandemic started they assured that they will provide laptos and all but nothing After a month or so they sent a desktop from office but on one condition that we have to work from the same state Gurugram. I was staying in a PG and it was not safe at all so I insisted them to please provide me a laptop so that I can go back home and work from there as it would be safer for me but all in vain they never listened to me and forced me to resign and now I am jobless 🙂 The persons who were not co-operative at all were the HR team The floor manager Mr.Sumit and both the team leaders Mr. Vivek and Mr. Jayant...Read More
