Work culture was good but management, company policies was not good. Yes Jon security is fine.. In Covid my job was save.

politics too much in thi organization. They give growth only favourite advisors.

A few people in management make people below them feel as if they are incapable to perform better and if a person is in spotlight they will create toxic environment around him without clearly conveying them anything

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
