I work with aegis almost 10 Year and Aegis management is very good and company policy is excellent. But the only policy is not good that the person 3rd time not joining.

In aegis I am working almost 10 year. 1 and half year in Tata indicom. 2.5 year in max life insurance. And 1 year tata Docomo process. And 5 year in Airtel Africa process. 2 year as analyst and 3 year as team leader.

Senior Management tries a lot to understand and fix issues.
Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates.
