I started my journey at Aegis Ltd. in 2013 right after completing my Intermediate, struggling financially in my family. Now I am 26 years old with a good experience. "Effective Communication Skills" and "teamwork" are the two best thing that I have learned from this organisation. And this organisation has supported me a lot in my sad days. And most importantly, I could able to support my further studies, I bought many necessary things like mobile & learning accessories and perhaps, I also supported, not sufficiently but a little to my family also. I really enjoyed my workplace, my colleagues, my co-workers and my supervisors. As far as geographical factors are concerned, the organisation is located at safe zone but night shifters should take care of yourself as at that time cab facilities were not there. Security team is very alert in the gate and very friendly as well. Sometimes, I feel why I left, now I can't enjoy the delicious food of cafeteria, Yes! they always delivered fast and quality hygienic food services. I rarely fall sick from any fooding. IT & Admin who always being with us and having a quick technical support towards 24×7 working hours. The monthly and quarterly R&R award held at atrium became one of my recollections when I was awarded couple of time 'Top Performer in the process'. The organisation is adhered to its vision and core values and treat employee with kindness. I really enjoyed when I am promoted to premium service desk in the process, attending premium customer quueries of corporate segment. As far as infrastrucfure is concerned , I think fifth story building of Aegis is one of the best in my hometown jamshedpur. Stairs are comfortable and youth people can go easily to top floor without elevator. Washroom are very neat and clean. Parking is inside for two and four wheeler having lot of space and also safety is ensured as I never experienced any bad incidents working around 4 years....Read More

The rotational shift of the organisation was a bit challenging for me when I joined. But gradually I am able to understand that if I support my manager and follow the shift timing religiously when needed, my manager also support me when I need other shifts. Yes, its all about teamwork and support.

Work Details

Overall a good experience and I would say those who are fresher or undergraduated but need of job to save their family, you can come under aegis of Aegis.

I joined here as customer care executive, within 3 months got promoted as senior executive just after a year got promoted as process Trainer. That is because I deserves that .
